      I haven't really had a chance to use these often. But the cuffs feel fine and sturdy. The clasps are sometimes a bit long (if you put them on very tight) and then stick out.# There is no way to eliminate them. Personally, I don't find this very disturbing (yet). The necklace is a bit cold on the skin at times.
