      It is a hassle to bend it so that everything stays open and the spreader stays in place. Once the correct shape has been found, it is easy to reuse, but I have to straighten it regularly.
      Cleaning is also a job because of all the ridges. Ideally, you would want to straighten the thing out to clean, but then you have to start the process all over again.
