How do you use butt plugs?

How long can I wear a butt plug?

You can wear the butt plug for a longer period of time, varying from 30 minutes to a few hours, but we do recommend that you lubricate it at least every hour. This way, it won’t feel unpleasant when you walk around with it. You should also keep in mind that your sphincter is a muscle and can therefore stretch.
