Working from home has a lot of benefits. You’re not distracted by colleagues, you don’t have to cross the entire office to grab a coffee, and you can save on the daily commute. If you look at it that way, working at home is actually more effective than working in an office. But let’s be honest: haven’t you been tempted to take a little break to hang up the laundry, hop in the shower, or run a quick errand? Research shows that we don’t mind some sex during working hours either! Have you been guilty of this yet?
Working from home = more sex
It’s not surprising that we’ve been having sex during working hours more often since last year. Having sex at the office, especially if your partner works somewhere else, is not exactly ideal 😬 And, if you and your partner both work from home and just feel like it, well, why not? A hot quickie before continuing your work with boosted energy is always a good idea, and it’s even beneficial to your productivity. Research shows that 58% of people have had sex during working hours since they started working from home.

Tips for sex during working hours
- Enjoy some time off, but do it in moderation. A quickie every now and then is fine, but don’t go too crazy. Your work shouldn’t suffer as a result. Still, if you work extra hard to compensate for those 15 minutes (or 30?), your boss probably won’t complain. Work hard, play harder, right?
- Make sure all Zoom or Teams windows are closed! We probably don’t have to explain why…
- Not a tip, but just a funny fact. If you have sex during working hours you are in fact being paid… and paid sex is prostitution. Well, we thought that was a funny idea.
