Made the decision partly on this basis. I dare say that I am not too tall and with a maximum diameter of 4 cm (the same inner diameter of this sleeve) I thought I had the right sleeve, but alas.

The material is quite stiff (and certainly not very stretchy like answered) and therefore very difficult to get around. Or rather, is not possible. Once the sleeve arrives at its thickest point, the fun is over. The sleeve sucks vacuum or you have to start hurting yourself (also a form some people enjoy). But several frantic attempts later, alas it didn't fit. Because the sleeve can't be stretched you can't just stick it in.
Then I got the lubricant (water based) to try it out. Now it went in a little further, but because your hands are now also slippery you cannot put enough force in to insert your whole genitals. The outside of the sleeve is now also very slippery. As soon as you try to put it in, the sleeve starts letting out wind and trying to create a vacuum. The end result is that I got it full to three quarters with a lot of effort.

If you are busy with the woman on an evening and you spend 15 minutes trying to get the sleeve on, at some point the fun is gone. I would have liked to surprise her after I left my lady love blindfolded and tied up on the bed, but when she hears me messing around in the bathroom for fifteen minutes and hears wind sounds I think her pleasure will also be over and she would rather go and watch Netflix.

I dare not indicate how the sleeve will be if you have a smaller diameter than 4 cm. I can imagine it flopping out again very easily then. But that is for someone else to judge. The material itself inside is enough though. The glans is very firm, but not that much harder than a realistic dildo.
