      Don't expect to suddenly have zero feeling in your throat with this. When using this spray for the first time, I got the idea that my gag reflex was playing up more because of the spray, but I have a very sensitive throat. It definitely helps make things feel a bit less intense. Just be careful not to push yourself over limits because you have less feeling.
