      The first one didn't work, charged it, still nothing, unfortunately.
      They didn't give me a hard time, I was able to either exchange it or return it and get my money back, I chose an exchange, this one does work. Hopefully this one will keep working after a couple of times.
      I think the ends are still pretty big for inserting..... I'm sure it'll take some getting used to.

      Wow, this toy has very strong vibrations! Especially on the side that has no buttons. On the side with the buttons, the vibrations are significantly gentler.
